Associates

Moses is an Associate Advocate of the Firm. He holds a bachelor of laws degree from Moi University and a post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 2016 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is adept at general property law, real estate development, real estate and commercial conveyancing and perfecting bank securities (debentures, charges, and chattel mortgages). He also has expertise on the following areas of legal practice; civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance claims, probate and administration, employment claims and constitutional petitions. Additionally he is involved in registration of companies, non-governmental organizations and societies.
